Do I receive a notification when customers request files from my company?
When someone click “Request File”, they will need to complete a short form, including their name, postiion, company..., and compose a short message to send directly to your contact information. The notification will be showed up in Vibuma Inbox
Can I stop receiving notification to my work email?
Yes you can. Sign in to your account and go to Account Setting -> Uncheck the box Agree with Vibuma to send the email notifications
