How can I edit my company profile?
Please sign in to your account, go to Account Information -> Update Account and start editing your account information
Can I change my company’s representative contact?
Yes, you can. Please sign in to your account, go to Account Information --> Update Account and change your person in charge contact
Can I delete a brand of my company?
Please sign in to your account, go to Manage Brand, click to choose the brand you want to delete and confirm to Delete this brand.
Can I check how many people viewed my company’s profile?
Please sign in and go to Overview to check the view counts of your company’s profile
How can I deactivate my account?
Please sign in to your account, go to Account Setting -> Deactivate my account.
Please kindly note that after deactivating your account, your company profile will temporarily be hidden from our Vibuma website. You will have to contact us here if you want to reactivate your account.
