Why didn’t I receive my verification email?
If you already clicked the link to request a verification email, but you haven’t received any verification code from us. Here is what you may do:
- Check your Spam folders
It is possible that sometimes the verification email we tried to sent you was caught by automatic email filter. Please make sure you check all the Spam/ Bulk Mail folders to see if there is any verification email from Vibuma. If no, you can request a new verification email.
- Request a new verification email
If you can’t find any verification email from Vibuma, you may need to request a new verification email and check your mail to verify the Vibuma account.
Can I not verify my account and still be able to use it?
No, you can’t. If you don’t verify your account, you may not be able to use Vibuma, as well as Vibuma features or services.
