Step 1: Sign up an account

1. Choose your role on Vibuma 

2. Fill in your information "Full Name", "Email (will be your username)" and click "Sign up"

Step 2: Verify account

1. A verification email will be sent to your registered email to verify your account. Check your inbox and click "Confirm now" to activate the account.

Note: There are 7 steps to finish your registration on Vibuma. You need to complete all 7 steps otherwise you will not be able to activate your account.

Vibuma began in late 2015 when a German architect wants to create a place where gathers all the building materials in Vietnam’s market. With the aim to help his colleagues – architects, including interior designers, developers to easily find the needed information for their projects, Vibuma offers a massive database of information about building materials and their suppliers.

3. Let get started to upload brand information, click the "ADD BRAND" button and fill in the form on the right.

4. Click "DONE" to finish

Users often search for materials that meet their specific needs. This explains why an accurate description about your company, as well as about your brands and ranges is one of the main factors to help attract the potential customers. Details information such as your brand origin, which certifications/ green certifications that your brand has, your brand lead time, etc, can also help the customers to feel more confident in your company.

We have 2 languages on Vibuma to use: Vietnamse and English. You can choose the language you wish to use and you can also fill in the information in one language. Tip from Vibuma? We recommend you should complete all your information in both Vietnamese and English.

• Photos

Needless to say that everyone loves lush imagery. A good photo will describe best your products and attract more customers.

The position of the brand based on 2 elements: the number of information and the frequency of updating. The more information you post, the more points you get. Furthermore, frequently checking and updating information help your brand has more chance to be on “top of list” than others.

You need to update the basic brand’s information include the showroom, product’s image, business partner, catalogue (link); key staff’s information.

After changing the website’s interface, we assure you that your information will not be lost. However, there are some fields you need to update: The showroom address, sample, client; Catalogue, the key staff.

Vibuma contains all information about building materials in Vietnam’s market. All you have to do is enter what you wish to search into the search bar on the top of Vibuma.com home page, either it’s the suppliers’ name or the type of material you are looking for.

No one except our Vibuma Administrators and the authorized individual of your own company will have the right to access to Vibuma and to your company information. Your account is well-protected with a password to prevent any unauthorized access.

Social network connections is a platform to build your social networks or social relations among your family, friends, colleagues who share similar interests, activities, backgrounds, jobs concern, etc. Social Connections help you to connect either directly or through mutual friends, depending on your social network accounts. On Vibuma, we allow you to share your account, as well as information you care about, to your social networks which are Facebook, Google Plus, and Pinterest.
