a. Process  for suppliers

            The buyer has the rights to lodge a complaint or lawsuit against the Supplier in the event that the Supplier declines warranty for product maintenance while the warranty period is still stated in the warranty.

Vibuma.com recommends buyers to check the warranty and maintenance policies for goods intended to be purchased. Vibuma.com is not primarily responsible for the warranty of the supplier's products on the GD. Vibuma.com respects and strictly complies with the provisions of the law to protect the rights of buyers (consumers). Therefore, request members ,who sell products and services on the floor to provide complete, accurate, honest and detailed information related to products and services.             The parties include the Supplier, the buyer will have a responsible role in actively solving the problem. For suppliers, it is necessary to provide documents certifying information related to the incident causing conflicts to customers. For Vibuma.com will be responsible for providing information related to the buyer and the Supplier if requested by the buyer or the Supplier (regarding such dispute).    

Vibuma only supports the settlement of disputes arising between Suppliers and Search Users. Vibuma is not responsible for resolving or compensating for damages (if any) when errors arise from the Supplier or the buyer.Vibuma is not responsible if one of the parties provides false information. All information guaranteed by customers is provided in a transparent and honest manner. If there is any reflection on the quality of the information provided by the Customer, the Customer will be fully responsible to the other party and to the laws of Vietnam.

After the Supplier, the buyer who has settled the dispute, is responsible for notifying Vibuma.com management. In case of a conflict, the error belongs to the Supplier: Vibuma.com .vn will take a warning, lock the account or transfer it to the competent law authorities depending on the level of the violation. Supplier’s responsibility

The supplier is responsible for providing a copy of the business registration certificate to Vibuma.com. In case the Supplier is the owner of a trademark of a product / service or an authorized agent of a brand, the Supplier is responsible for providing one (01) notarized copy of the trademark registration certificate. or the Power of attorney for that brand.
