Vinyl Flooring

The plastic flooring material is highly resilient and flexible. It is produced with high printing technology. Vinyl flooring owns natural, delicate patterns of wood and stone. The thickness of the vinyl flooring ranges from 2.0 to 3.0 mm, which is composed of 4-6 layers with different functions.

1. Top vinyl layer

It is a protective layer or melamine-based wear layer which ensures the stability of the vinyl floor surface. In addition, the wear layer is scratch-resistant, waterproof and anti-fade. Moreover, this material helps to prevent mold, bacteria, termites, which ensures the health of the users.

In addition, film coatings are manufactured based on high-tech printing technology and are protected by a wear layer, so its durability is up to 15 years without fading.

3. Viny lining

It is synthesized from polyvinyl chloride powder and high-quality stone powder, so it does not harm the health of consumers. Because of this composition, vinyl flooring does not lead the fire and spread. That is why this vinyl material is widely used in Europe. Moreover, vinyl materials are much lighter than ceramic tiles or industrial laminate flooring on the same area unit. Therefore, using vinyl flooring can reduce the total volume of the building.
