Eco-Smart city is implemented by Lotte Group
Eco-Smart City in Thu Thiem New Urban Area will be built by Korean Lotte Group. The total value of this contract is about VND20.1 trillion (or $884) and it will be completed within 72 months from the land leased day. Eco-Smart City will include 74.000 square metre with shopping malls, offices, hotels, apartments and service residences.
