THE TOPPING OUT CEREMONY OF LANDMARK 81 PROJECT

The Topping out ceremony of The Landmark 81 project was organized on 9th March 2018, exceeding the schedule 45 days. With the attending of Vingroup and Coteccons.

Landmark 81 is one of the key projects, considered the "heart" of Vinhomes Central Park. With an 81-story height of 461.2m, it crosses the twin towers in Malaysia and becomes one of the 10 tallest buildings in the world.

This is a complex with a total floor area of 115,000m2 and 90,000m2 of tunnel area, more than 17,000m3 of concrete, 5,000t of steel for the foundation area of 3.000m2 and a thickness of 8.4m. The project will include hotels, commercial apartments, shopping centers and restaurants, bars, observation deck.

Especially, with the highlight of Vietnam's highest observation deck, Vietnam's largest indoor ice rink, Vietnam's largest green building, uses Low E glass and water filters to meet European standards, Landmark 81 has raised the standard of quality real estate and built to new heights.
