THE KAHUNA HO TRAM STRIP BREAKS GROUND

The Ho Tram Project Company (HTP) recently has marked the official start of construction work on its much anticipated Kahuna Ho Tram Strip Condotel and Villa Development on 14th December 2017.

Kahuna, the fifth stage of the Ho Tram Strip Project, has 164 apartments, 36 two-floor villas and 8 beachfront villas. This project includes The Grand Ho Tram Strip resort with 541 five-star rooms, which is known as one of the largest resorts and has won many prizes in Vietnam. Opposite The Grand is The Gallery Villas and The Bluffs golf course which is designed by Greg Norman - Legendary Golfer. The Beach Club Building with 559 five-star rooms will add more modern facilities and increase to 1.100 rooms in 2018 when it’s completed.

The Kahuna project costs from 2 billion VND (approximately 88,800 USD) for a standard room with 1 bedroom; 9 billion VND (approximately 400,000 USD) for a loft apartment.  A villa costs from 7.9 billion VND (approximately 350,000 USD) to 20.5 billion VND (approximately 900,000 USD). Investors will be offered 21 free nights per year at Kahuna and receive 8% profit per year based on net rental price in the first 2 years. After that, investors will receive net revenue with the rate 60/40 within the remaining 8 years according to the contract.
