MELIA HO TRAM AT THE HAMPSTON - AMERICAN STYE VACATION

Melia Ho Tram at the Hamptons is a 5-star beach front resort inspired by The Hamptons in New York USA - the home of weekend resort villas and summer homes for celebrities.

Melia Ho Tram project of Tanzanite International is located in Phuoc Thuan commune, Xuyen Moc district, 40km from Vung Tau city. From Ho Chi Minh City, you travel through Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay Expressway, and "touch" the Hamptons Ho Tram (Melia Ho Tram at The Hamptons) after 90 minutes drive.

Phase one of the project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2018, including 82 resort villas and 156 luxury beachfront apartments designed by well-known design consultants in the world such as CMV Architects, 2050AP, Sala Design Group, and KKS International.

156 hotel apartments in the first phase of the project are divided into 14 floors with 13 floors and one service floor, including 3 types of apartments with the area from 47m2 to 88m2, suitable for many different objects .
