The Kahuna Project, which belongs to Ho Tram Strip, has been invested 4 billion dollars. This project will provide a leading resort area in Vietnam.

About two hours driving away from Ho Chi Minh City, it covers 164 hectares along 2.2 km seaside and is surrounded by natural forest in the west. Designed by South-East Asia's renowned Korn Architects, Kahuna Ho Tram Strip project is named after the legendary Hawaiian waves and reminds of beach vacations.

"Kahuna Ho Tram Strip project is inspired by the luxury yacht, which is accented by exquisitely designed lines and the idea of aquatic simulation reflects throughout the design. It demonstrates the origin of the name and its stunning seafront location in Hawaii “ Michael Kelly - President of Ho Tram Co. Ltd said.

Kahuna Ho Tram Strip project has 244 units including a 12-storey tower and 164 apartments, 36 two-bedroom villas and 8 seafront villas.

Price ranges are from 2,022 billion VND ($ 88,800) for one-bedroom apartment and 9.11 billion VND ($ 400,000) for a penthouse. Villa prices ranged from 7.97 billion VND (US $ 350,000) to 20.5 billion VND (US $ 900,000).

Ho Tram Co., Ltd has committed a profit of 8% every year on the net rental rate for the first two years from the handover date. After that, the lessor is entitled to a rate of 60% on net rental income from the third year onwards. In addition, the lessor will have 21 free nights per year at Kahuna Ho Tram Strip.
