As one of 18 resorts - five stars hotel inaugurated in operation has been selected by the People's Committee of Danang to serve APEC Senior Weekly delegates taking place in Da Nang, Danang Golden Bay Hotel is 29 storeys high, located at the gateway of Danang bay, next to Thuan Phuoc bridge (Son Tra district), on the land 12.327,7 m2, Le Van Duyet street (Nai Hien Dong District).

Total building area of the 3,800m2 floor, number of hotel rooms, standard 5-star apartment of the complex up to 1,824, became the largest hotel room in Vietnam: more than 1,600 rooms.
