Cool Roof - reflect more sunlight, absorb less heat

A cool roof reflects more sunlight to stay cooler. Cool roofs can offset 24 billion tonnes of CO2 – the equivalent of taking half the cars in the world off the road for every year of the 20 year program.
  • SRI, also referred to as albedo, typically ranges from 0.04 (or 4%) for dark to 0.9 (or 90%) for bright colors.
